There were a bunch of big loud green parrots squawking outside my office today, which led me to discover a little blurb about these wild parrots settling here in Burbank.

Apparently, Claire Boucher of GRIMES tried to sail down the Mississipi River in a makeshift house boat a few years ago. Definitely one of the funniest/strangest stories I’ve come across in awhile.
